KCVSA is available for in-person appointments on the days shown in the calendar below and is available for virtual consults Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Please login to your KCVSA online portal to request a virtual consult or to schedule an in-person consult and/or ultrasound +/- fine needle aspiration or centesis.
If you believe your case requires diagnostic testing other than an ultrasound +/- fine needle aspiration or centesis (e.g., bone marrow aspirate/biopsy, arthrocentesis, urinary bladder traumatic catheterization, etc.), an in-person consultation will need to be scheduled initially. Please contact us with any questions including for a list of services and estimates.

KCVSA cannot consult with pet owners over the telephone, email, or social media about your pet. At KCVSA, we act as a consultant to your primary veterinarian; however, we do not work directly with pet owners. Your veterinarian knows you and your pet and will work with KCVSA to recommend the best care possible for your pet. If you are interested in KCVSA's services, please let your primary veterinarian know.
